Royal St George’s Golf Club, located in Sandwich, Kent, is one of the most prestigious and historic golf courses in the world — and the only current Open Championship venue in South East England. It is the closest Open rota golf course to Hankley and is often ranked as the best golf course in England. It has hosted 15 Open championships and will be hosting the AIG Women’s Open for the first time in 2027.

• Founded in 1887, this classic links plays long due to its par of 70.
• Set on undulating duneland with views over Pegwell Bay and the White Cliffs of Dover.
• Each hole is distinct and memorable, with a natural, unspoiled feel.
• The course layout is loosely circular, meaning each hole plays in a different direction offering varied wind conditions and strategic challenge.

* Winner must arrange with Maggie & Richard Whitter.

* The voucher is non-transferable beyond what is permitted by the club (check with Maggie/Richard for exact guest rules).
